Rebecca has been dancing with Janine McGrath for sixteen years, initially at Steppes School of Dance, then following Janine when she opened her dance school in Brighton in 1996.

Rebecca trained in SFD up to Intermediate Classical Ballet and Level 10 Jazz. She trained for several years in both Tap and Musical Theatre and reached an Advanced level in Funk and Hip-Hop.

In 2001 Rebecca won the Dancentre Advanced Achievement Award, and then in 2004 Rebecca won the Dancentre Outstanding Performance Award.

Rebecca's commitment to dance was demonstrated by her excellent marks in year 12 VCE Dance exams in 2006.

In 2005, Rebecca commenced a two year youth leadership course for SKIF. At the age of eighteen she became a leader, eventually becoming the Chairperson for the group in 2008 and 2009.

Rebecca started teaching dance to children at Dancentre in 2007. To date she's taught Preschooler DanceFun, Hip- Hop, Jazz and Combination classes.
